Data Privacy Request
Certain states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws that afford their residents extensive rights regarding their personal information. While those rights technically apply only to residents of those particular states, Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC) has extended those rights to all eligible consumers - regardless of their state of residence. Please note that exemptions from these state privacy laws may apply, particularly to consumers who are already protected by federal and state financial privacy laws, such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
If you wish, and are eligible, to exercise any of your rights regarding your personal information, please complete the Data Privacy Request. We will only use the information you provide to us to process and honor your request.
Please note that Data Privacy Requests submitted to TMCC do not extend to Toyota dealers, private distributors, or Toyota Motor Sales (TMS). If you wish to exercise your rights regarding your personal information with any of those entities, you will need to notify each directly.
