Eligibility for a Toyota VSA is as follows:
- "New Vehicle" Vehicle Service Agreements are available for purchase during the first 3 years or 36,000 miles from time of purchase or lease, whichever comes first
- “Certified Used Vehicle” Vehicle Service Agreements are available for purchase during the first 12 months or 12,000 miles from time of purchase or lease, whichever comes first
- "Used Vehicle" Vehicle Service Agreements must be purchased at the time of used vehicle sale only
