Why isn’t my username working?

Usernames are case-sensitive
For security reasons, we no longer accept email addresses as usernames
If you used your email as your username, make sure the CAPS LOCK key on your computer or device is off, and then re-enter your username
Log in here on your desktop or laptop using your current username. This will prompt you to update your username to comply with our new requirements
